Rebekkah brings over 20 years of teaching experience and more than 15 years of client experience to her work. She shares mind-body wellness, internal parts work, and somatic integration tools that truly change lives. As a researcher, therapist, and author, she supports individual clients and groups with somatic regulation, neural repatterning, and trauma healing online around the globe. In addition to her Master’s degree focusing on psychophysiology, she has completed extensive training with the Somatic Experiencing Institute, a diploma in Gestalt therapy, and is an Internal Family Systems practitioner. Rebekkah is a life-long learner and continues to study with master teachers to deepen her skills with clients in areas of developmental trauma, attachment work, and post-traumatic growth.

Rebekkah works with clients who are searching for embodied shifts. Some of her clients struggle with symptoms such as persistent headaches, eczema, or insomnia, while others are facing anxiety, depression, and difficult relationships to name just a few. Rebekkah helps her clients to navigate and mitigate both their symptoms and the deeper causes. Via her graduate studies, she researched mind-body modalities from many traditions to discover which are the greatest change-makers available to us today. She incorporates these evidence-based approaches into her sessions and writing. She works at the intersections of brain science, somatic regulation, internal systems and mindful-awareness.
